- ein hochwertiger Ersatz für das Original-OEM-Rohr
- um die entsprechenden Härte- und Elastizitätsparameter zu erhalten, wird es aus speziellem Manganstahl C-Mn hergestellt
- der Stahl stammt aus einem der besten Stahlwerke Europas, das sich seit vielen Jahren auf die Herstellung von Rohren für Aufhängungen und andere Komponenten für Hydrauliksysteme spezialisiert hat
- jedes Rohr wird mit einer ca. 0,03 mm dicken Schicht aus technischem Chrom überzogen - dadurch entsteht eine hervorragende, harte und korrosionsbeständige Arbeitsoberfläche
- diese Oberfläche wird anschließend einem Schleif- und Polierverfahren unterzogen, wodurch sie kratzfest wird
- jedes Rohr wird einer individuellen Qualitätskontrolle unterzogen, bei der die Abmessungen, die Qualität der galvanischen Beschichtung und der Rundlauf geprüft werden
